We have two options to attach awning fabric to the side of your RV. They are the 8' Solera Awning Rail Extrusion in white item # LC715216 and in black item # LC715217. Additionally, we have a few brackets for slide out awnings like item # LC795354 but they are specific to Solera models. Either way I would need to know what model of awning you have to confirm the right brackets for you. If you could email me this information directly or comment below I would be happy to help.

Replacement racks for the interior of the Furrion Propane RV Range with Glass Cover # FR97KR can be purchased directly from Furrion. If you check their spare parts section of their website there's two options available. view full answer...
Yes you can use the Hopkins Engager Push-To-Test Trailer Breakaway Kit w/ Built-In Charger # 20099 to charge your second battery but you're going to need to add a diode # RM-690 so you don't drain both batteries since they'd be on the same circuit. view full answer...
Hey Ramond, so we have heard that the battery on your 2024 Ford Maverick hybrid is under the back seat like you mentioned. The power wire does need to run there instead of to front of vehicle like you mentioned. We don't have specific instructions for that at this time so it would be a matter of finding best route through interior of vehicle. view full answer...
Hey Tom, so the RV puck light part # 277-000488 could be used to provide additional lighting to your RV shower but you would need to make sure you put it in a location where it won't get sprayed with water from the shower. It can handle the higher humidity of a bathroom application but not water directed on it. view full answer...
Since you've already got a 4 pole on your trailer, you'd just need to add a 7-way with # ETBC7 so that you can run a charge line using # 10-1-1 from the accessory circuit to your battery.
This circuit is located at the 1'oclock position on the 7-way if you were to look at it head on. view full answer...
Does the 7 pole have separate turn signals from stoplights? That is pretty common on heavy duty applications so it sounds like what you'd need for the RV style 7-way is a signal converter like the part # RM-732 which will combine the circuits like the RV wiring uses instead. view full answer...
While I have no way to help you with the front bumper or the grill I may be able to help you with the side parking light. You will most likely need to find the bumper and grill from an RV salvage yard or a vintage trailer parts dealer. In looking at images it appears you have lights like the Optronics # MCL36AB. I have no way to verify this as the manufacturer did not keep public records on their vehicles. The light is 2-7/8" wide and 2-1/8" tall. If this does not match what you have please... view full answer...
If your 2020 Jeep Gladiator activates the brake lights when the brake pedal is pressed with the key off then with the install of the SMI DUO part # SM99251 you will also need to install the brake lite relay part # RM-88400 so that the stoplights of the vehicle do not override the taillight circuits of the tow bar lighting kit you have installed.
Its hard to say how long the battery would last but you can use the charge kit part # RM-156-25 to keep the battery topped off when travelling. view full answer...
Hi Mike,
The Roadmaster Smart Diode # RO54FR is designed for use specifically with LED tail lights so if your towed vehicle has incandescent bulbs you'll need part # RO34FR instead. These should properly read your motorhome and vehicle traffic signals to display the signals correctly through your incandescent tail lights. view full answer...
For an LED strip on the roller you could add something like the Optronics Flexible LED Light Strip - Weatherproof - White - 17' Long # UCL90CB. However, you will need to figure out how to run power to the strip and account for the rolling/unrolling with the power wire.
There is the option of using the Solera Power Awning Idler Head w/ LED Upgrade # LC334785. However, this is designed to add lights to the inside of the tube, not on it. It also does not match your current Regal idler head... view full answer...
You do not need a gasket to mount the # RVSTL11 or # RVSTL10. Both have mounting holes on the back that allow them to mount directly on the surface of your trailer. view full answer...
Hey Tom,
The Hott Rod RV Water Heater Conversion Kit # DGR6VP gets plugged into a 110v outlet for power so you'd use a typical light switch # 37212225 to control the power running to the outlet that powers the kit. view full answer...
Hey Nick, so the Roadmaster Supplemental Braking System part # RM-9160 does not come with a lighting/wiring solution for your tow vehicle. It just covers everything needed to install the braking system.
For lighting you can use the diode kit, # RM-15267, and not have to worry about cutting into the taillight housing. This will splice into your taillight wiring to allow your tow vehicle to control the taillight assemblies of the towed vehicle. This comes with a round 6-way connector that... view full answer...
Hey Rodney, good question so there isn't a single harness that will do both a tow bar lighting and trailer wiring solution but you can install both at the same time. So for trailer wiring you could use the Tekonsha part # 118786 and then for the tow bar lighting kit you'd want the part # C96JR. Basically the two kits would plug into each other and then back into your vehicle. view full answer...
Hey Ron, so we have tow bar lighting solutions that will work great on your 2002 GMC Yukon but we don't have any that are plug and play. There's only a few vehicles that have that style of lighting available and due to the age of your Yukon there isn't one available.
So instead you would want the Roadmaster diode kit part # RM-15247 which splices into your taillight wiring to allow the RV to control the vehicle taillights. The install is a little more involved but these kits are super... view full answer...
Hey Ken, so the first thing you will need is a base plate kit like the Blue Ox part # BLU85CR which fits your 2023 GMC Canyon and would be compatible with your Blue Ox tow bar.
I do not know what braking system you had in the past but for a permanent install option the Demco Stay In Play part # SM99251 would work great.
For lighting you can use the diode kit, # RM-15267, and not have to worry about cutting into the taillight housing. This will splice into your taillight wiring to allow... view full answer...
Hey Kevin, it looks like the pre-wired bracket on your camper is the "shark fin" style bracket. This bracket is made specifically for the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera # FCN48TASF. The camera in your other picture is their rear red light camera. You could certainly still use the rear red light camera on your camper, it just would not use the pre-wired bracket.
If you want to use the pre-wired bracket, I do suggest returning the camera you purchased and instead getting the... view full answer...
The Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # HM56200 just has the 4 pole you'll need, but to connect it to your RV you're also going to need the Roadmaster 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit # RM-146-7.
If you needed a complete flat tow setup as well, you're also going to need:
- A base plate kit # RM-521448-5,
- A tow bar # RM-676,
&
- A braking system # RM-9060 with the seat adapter # RM-88130. view full answer...
That's a good question Allen but it's hard for us to say for sure what the function of the extra red wire is/was. If you have everything wired up on the new steps I would try using them and see if everything works like it should. If everything seems fine I would just tape up that extra wire and not worry about it. If the steps aren't functioning properly the wire might be needed but it would require knowing more about what's not working to get a better understanding.
